WRMR Beta NDA
Please read this Beta Non-Disclosure Agreement before using the WRMR beta.
Starter beta legal draft for review. Warmer LLC should have an attorney review before relying on it for production or fundraising use.
Effective Date And Parties
This Beta Non-Disclosure Agreement is effective July 23, 2026 between Warmer LLC and the beta user who accepts it through the WRMR activation page.
Confidential Information
Confidential Information includes nonpublic WRMR app screens, features, matching behavior, designs, code, roadmaps, test procedures, beta communications, user flows, screenshots, videos, download links, server details, and other nonpublic information learned through beta access.
Your Obligations
You agree to keep Confidential Information private, use it only to test WRMR and provide feedback, and not share it with anyone outside the beta without written permission from Warmer LLC. This includes not posting screenshots, videos, invite links, unpublished features, or beta observations publicly.
Exclusions
Confidential Information does not include information that becomes public through no fault of yours, information you already lawfully knew before receiving it from WRMR, information independently developed without using Confidential Information, or information you are legally required to disclose after giving Warmer LLC prompt notice when permitted.
Feedback
You may send feedback, ideas, bug reports, and suggestions to Warmer LLC. Warmer LLC may use that feedback to improve, modify, market, or operate WRMR without owing compensation or credit.
Return Or Deletion
If Warmer LLC asks, or if your beta access ends, you agree to stop using nonpublic beta materials and delete beta copies, screenshots, videos, and notes that contain Confidential Information where reasonably practical.
Term
These confidentiality duties continue for three years after your beta access ends, except for trade secrets, which remain protected as long as they qualify as trade secrets under applicable law.
No License
The beta does not grant ownership of WRMR technology, branding, designs, code, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
