WRMR Terms of Service
Please read these Terms before using the WRMR beta.
Starter beta legal draft for review. Warmer LLC should have an attorney review before relying on it for production or fundraising use.
Effective Date
These Terms of Service are effective August 11, 2026 and apply to the WRMR beta operated by Warmer LLC. WRMR is a private beta dating and social-discovery service that uses profile preferences, approximate location, availability status, and sponsored event attendance to help users notice compatible people in real life.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Do not use WRMR if you are barred from using dating or social applications, or if the information you provide is false or misleading.
Beta Service
WRMR is being tested and may change, break, lose data, become unavailable, or be discontinued. Features, matching behavior, notifications, profile fields, and distance tiers may change during the beta.
Account Information
You agree to provide accurate display name, email address, phone number, profile details, and preference information. WRMR assigns a User ID for login. You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for keeping your login information private.
Location And Visibility
WRMR uses your location when you choose to go live. Nearby matching depends on device permissions, network conditions, and location accuracy. You control whether you are live or silent, but no app can guarantee physical safety, exact location accuracy, or that another user is who they claim to be.
Sponsored Events
WRMR sponsored events are time-limited in-person gatherings. Event participants must register, activate email, verify phone ownership, accept the event terms and code of conduct, confirm that they meet the event age requirement, and check in at the venue. An event may require a physical photo ID check by event staff. Event-mode verification does not constitute a criminal background check. Event matching is limited to eligible attendees who are checked in during the event window, and event visibility ends when the participant leaves or the event closes.
Event Conduct And Safety
At a WRMR event, you agree to follow venue rules and host instructions, respect consent and personal boundaries, avoid harassment or unwanted contact, and leave immediately if directed by event or venue staff. Registration, matching, verification, or host presence does not guarantee another attendee's identity, intentions, behavior, or safety. Contact event staff or emergency services when appropriate.
User Conduct
You agree not to harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, exploit, spam, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with the service, upload illegal or abusive content, or use WRMR to harm another person. You are responsible for your own decisions about meeting or communicating with other users.
Content And Feedback
You keep ownership of profile content you submit, but you grant Warmer LLC permission to host, process, display, and transmit it as needed to operate WRMR. Feedback, suggestions, bug reports, and ideas you provide may be used by Warmer LLC without payment or restriction.
Verification And Privacy
WRMR uses third-party providers to confirm phone ownership, identity, and adult eligibility. Government ID and selfie information is collected by the identity provider. WRMR does not store copies of identity documents, selfies, or document numbers. WRMR stores the verified date of birth in encrypted form solely to calculate current age, enforce the 18+ requirement, and lock the profile age against misrepresentation. The date of birth is not displayed in the app or dashboard. The provider processes submitted information under its own privacy terms. Verification reduces some risks but does not guarantee another user's intentions or safety.
No Warranty
WRMR is provided as is and as available. Warmer LLC disclaims warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, and non-infringement.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Warmer LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, personal interactions, or user conduct.
Suspension And Termination
Warmer LLC may suspend, limit, or remove accounts, content, or beta access at any time, including for safety, testing, legal, security, abuse, or operational reasons.
