WRMR Terms of Service
Please read these Terms before using WRMR.

Effective Date
These Terms of Service are effective August 24, 2026 and apply to WRMR, a dating and social-discovery service operated by Warmer LLC. WRMR uses profile preferences, approximate location, availability status, and sponsored event attendance to help users notice compatible people in real life.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Do not use WRMR if you are barred from using dating or social applications, or if the information you provide is false or misleading.
Service Changes
WRMR may update, add, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, matching behavior, notifications, profile fields, distance tiers, Events, or other parts of the service. WRMR may also be interrupted by maintenance, network conditions, or circumstances outside Warmer LLC's control.
Account Information
Full WRMR accounts provide an email address, phone number, and profile preferences. A person invited to a private Group may instead use a chosen profile name and verified phone number to create a group-only account. Group-only access does not include dating or Events. You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for keeping your login information private.
Location And Visibility
WRMR uses your location when you choose to go live. Nearby matching depends on device permissions, network conditions, and location accuracy. You control whether you are live or silent, but no app can guarantee physical safety, exact location accuracy, or that another user is who they claim to be.
Sponsored Events
WRMR sponsored events are time-limited in-person gatherings. Event participants must register, activate email, verify phone ownership, accept the event terms and code of conduct, confirm that they meet the event age requirement, and check in at the venue. An event may require a physical photo ID check by event staff. Event-mode verification does not constitute a criminal background check. Event matching is limited to eligible attendees who are checked in during the event window, and event visibility ends when the participant leaves or the event closes.
Private Groups
Verified full-account members can create private Groups and invite others with a code or link. Invitees may join with a full account or a phone-verified group-only account. A chosen Group name is not identity verification. Group Mode is social and does not use dating preferences. Active members see other active members according to distance tiers. Find Me requires the recipient to accept a temporary location-sharing request; either person may stop it, and it ends when a member goes Silent or leaves the Group. Do not share a private invite with people you do not trust.
Event Conduct And Safety
At a WRMR event, you agree to follow venue rules and host instructions, respect consent and personal boundaries, avoid harassment or unwanted contact, and leave immediately if directed by event or venue staff. Registration, matching, verification, or host presence does not guarantee another attendee's identity, intentions, behavior, or safety. Contact event staff or emergency services when appropriate.
User Conduct
You agree not to harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, exploit, spam, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with the service, upload illegal or abusive content, or use WRMR to harm another person. You are responsible for your own decisions about meeting or communicating with other users.
Child Safety And Sexual Exploitation
WRMR has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). You may not use WRMR to groom, sextort, traffic, solicit, exploit, or sexualize a minor, or to create, possess, request, distribute, or promote sexual content involving a minor. Suspected violations may result in immediate suspension, content removal, preservation of relevant records, and reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), law enforcement, or another appropriate regional authority as required by law. Safety Tools And Moderation
WRMR provides tools to block and report users. Blocking hides both users from each other and prevents direct WRMR interactions. Submitting a report also blocks the reported user. Warmer LLC may review reports, preserve limited safety records, and suspend or remove accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. These tools do not replace contacting event staff, local authorities, or emergency services when appropriate.
Content And Feedback
You keep ownership of profile content you submit, but you grant Warmer LLC permission to host, process, display, and transmit it as needed to operate WRMR. Feedback, suggestions, bug reports, and ideas you provide may be used by Warmer LLC without payment or restriction.
Verification And Privacy
WRMR uses third-party providers to confirm phone ownership, identity, and adult eligibility. Government ID and selfie information is collected by the identity provider. WRMR does not store copies of identity documents, selfies, or document numbers. WRMR stores the verified date of birth in encrypted form solely to calculate current age, enforce the 18+ requirement, and lock the profile age against misrepresentation. The date of birth is not displayed in the app or dashboard. The provider processes submitted information under its own privacy terms. Verification reduces some risks but does not guarantee another user's intentions or safety.
Account Deletion And Retention
Full accounts may be deleted from Settings or through the account-deletion page on wrmr.app. Group-only accounts may be deleted from the Groups page. Deletion removes active profile, photos, contact information, location, credentials, and verification data. WRMR may retain limited pseudonymous safety and fraud-prevention records, such as a Group owner block, and anonymized event, legal, and operational records. Identity-provider redaction requests may continue processing after full-account deletion.
No Warranty
WRMR is provided as is and as available. Warmer LLC disclaims warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, and non-infringement.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Warmer LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, personal interactions, or user conduct.
Suspension And Termination
Warmer LLC may suspend, limit, or remove accounts, content, or access at any time, including for safety, legal, security, abuse, policy-enforcement, or operational reasons.
